Our twist on the traditional Mai Tai
1 oz Motu Rum
1 oz cachaça
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 lime muddled
Mint Sprig for garnish
Muddle lime in the base of your shaker. Add Motu Rum, cachaça, Cointreau, and Orgeat*. Shake vigorously. Garnish with a mint sprig and maraschino cherry.
*We suggest using orgeat made from Brazil nut as opposed to almonds.
